30-day returns and exchanges
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order through our returns portal. Choose a refund, exchange or optional store credit. For assistance, contact support@bange.uk.
Your statutory rights
You may notify us of a change-of-mind withdrawal within 14 calendar days of delivery, including by an unambiguous email, without using the portal. For goods delivered separately, the period starts when you receive the last item. Return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. You may inspect them as you would in a shop; only handling beyond what is necessary may reduce the refund. Our voluntary policy for requests made on days 15–30 requires unused, complete items with accessories, labels and original packaging. This policy does not limit your statutory rights for faulty or incorrect goods.
Return costs
- For a change-of-mind return requested within 30 days of delivery and refunded to the original payment method, your contribution to the return label is capped at €6.99 for EU orders or £6.99 for UK orders, and will never exceed the actual direct transport cost. If the label costs less, you pay the lower amount; if it costs more, we cover the difference. This contribution is charged only once per return, not per item. No restocking or administrative fees apply.
- Exchanges and store credit: no return charge. Optional store credit includes a 5% bonus on the returned item value and has no expiry date.
- Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods: contact us; return costs are covered by us.
Sending your return
Use the label and instructions provided by the portal. The collection point and carrier depend on your country. If no label is available, contact support before sending. Returns are received in France. The exact return address is provided with the return instructions through our returns portal or on request at support@bange.uk. UK returns may require customs documents supplied with the label.
Refunds
Refunds are made to the original payment method. For a full order return, we also refund the original standard delivery charge. For statutory withdrawal, refunds are due within 14 days of your notice; we may withhold payment until we receive the goods or evidence of dispatch, whichever comes first. Any applicable disclosed return charge is deducted once only. Exchanges of different value require payment or refund of the difference. Voluntary returns of a pack must include all its components; statutory rights remain unaffected.
Order cancellation and online withdrawal
We can cancel your order and stop dispatch only before processing has begun. Once processing has begun, stopping dispatch cannot be guaranteed; your statutory withdrawal and return rights remain available. For help, contact support@bange.uk.
